This CashCrate review is based on my own experience since signing up and my initial opinion of the service as a complete first timer. My first impression is that this is an easy to use and simple to join reward system primarily for filling out surveys.

There is no charge to sign up, all you have to do is supply your email address and your billing details before you get started and you get $1.00 just for signing up.

Getting Started

Most surveys take only a few minutes to fill out. You can afford to be a bit choosy as to which ones you complete depending on how much time you can devote to it.

Rewards start from $0.20 for the quicker surveys with most being around $0.50 depending on how much time you want to spend on them and once you get to $20.00 you get a payment.

On the CashCrate start page you are presented with two option boxes. I would recommend going for ‘100% Free’ and ‘Newest’. When you start filling in the surveys you are quite often presented with a multitude of different offers and promotions within the surveys which can be a bit baffling but try not to get too sidetracked. If you have to leave an email at any time then supply one that you don’t use for anything else as you can expect to get a lot of emails promoting other offers, some of which may be spam.

In this CashCrate Review, I must say that a feature I like is the ‘at a glance’ list of all the surveys available for you to select which has a time saving benefit which allows you to get started making money very quickly from the moment you sign up.  As you complete each survey you press submit and your earnings are registered straight away and you can check your running total any time.

There is also a good referral program that allows you to invite others to sign up and you get a cash benefit from doing that with your own referral link.

Support

There is a home support page for members with a decent FAQ’s section.  If you can’t find answers there, you can submit a support ticket from the same page.

Positives and Negatives

On the positive side this is a simple way to make quick money with a well designed and easy to navigate site with numerous options on how to make money with surveys that are easy to fill out with no difficult questions or tasks. The reward system is made very apparent up front and you can see at a glance how much money you are making as you go.

On the negative side you have to be prepared to spend a lot of time at this if you want to make a decent return and it can only be viewed as a supplement to an existing job and not full time. The surveys can sometimes be quite tedious due to overkill with other pop up offers while trying to fill out the surveys and you can expect to get a lot of other email offers as a result of completing the surveys.

Summary

In this CashCrate Review I have tried to give a balanced personal opinion on what I consider to be an easy way to make a few dollars in your spare time but not as a full time job. You could certainly supplement another job with your earnings but you will have to spend a lot of time with this to make a good return. It is so easy to use and gives instant returns that I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a few dollars in their spare time.
